Postal address (only if you request postal race packs or merchandise)

To produce and publish race results and event photos (your name and result are public by nature of entering a race)

All personal information is stored securely on our own systems (and those of trusted processors who work exclusively for us under strict contracts). We never give or sell your details to sponsors, partners, other race organisers, or any other external companies for their own use.

We may only disclose your information without your consent if we are required to do so by law, or in rare emergency situations where it is necessary to protect your vital interests or the safety of others (e.g. passing emergency contact details to medical services at an event).

6. How long we keep your data

Race entry data: kept for 7 years (for accounting, insurance and liability purposes)
Mailing list subscribers: kept until you unsubscribe
Photos and results: kept indefinitely as part of the public race record (you can ask us to remove or blur individual photos at any time)

Access the personal data we hold about you
Ask us to correct inaccurate data
Ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time (via the “unsubscribe” link in every email or by contacting us)
