True Grit Trail Marathon

To earn your  stunning medal you must first take on

26.2 Miles of an EPICALLY challenging route with a mixed terrain which has everything: from a few killer hills, a lovely Quarry section (THE HILL OF DOOM) with some spectacular views and a downhill forestry trail section which can be a little technical on days but is well worth the climb to the top of the forestry, you will really have to dig deep and use  all your True Grit and Determination to make it to the Top let alone the END.

You will then be transported 200 years in the past when you will run past the Bedford ironworks which is located at the heart of the 40-acre Bedford Park area , which is surrounded by a network of footpaths and the all-weather Celtic Trail track..
